1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using WA BLAST, a messaging and marketing platform operated by Bloogle. WA BLAST enables businesses to send WhatsApp campaigns, automate customer conversations, and manage messaging communications using the official WhatsApp Business API infrastructure. By accessing or using WA BLAST, users agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension, service restrictions, or permanent termination of access to the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

WA BLAST is designed for legitimate business communication purposes, including: Customer notifications, Business promotions, Customer engagement, Customer support messaging, Product updates and service announcements. Users must ensure that all messaging activities comply with applicable laws and messaging platform policies.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of WA BLAST are responsible for: Ensuring that recipients have given proper consent to receive messages, Maintaining accurate and lawful contact databases, Sending relevant and non-deceptive communications, Complying with all applicable communication regulations, Following messaging platform policies and guidelines. Users must ensure that their messaging practices respect customer privacy and preferences.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using WA BLAST for any of the following activities:

Spam Messaging – Sending unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who have not consented to receive communications.

Fraudulent or Misleading Content – Sending messages that involve scams, false claims, deceptive promotions, or fraudulent activities.

Illegal Activities – Using the platform to promote or engage in activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

Adult or Prohibited Content – Sending messages that contain adult material, explicit content, or any content restricted by messaging platform policies.

Harassment or Abuse – Sending messages that harass, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups.

Malware or Harmful Content – Distributing malicious links, software, or harmful digital content through messages.

5. Compliance with Messaging Platform Policies

WA BLAST integrates with the official messaging infrastructure used to deliver WhatsApp communications. Users must comply with messaging platform rules regarding: Customer consent, Message templates, Business messaging policies, Prohibited content categories. Violation of these rules may result in messaging restrictions or number blocking by the messaging platform provider. WA BLAST is not responsible for actions taken by the messaging infrastructure provider due to user violations.

6. Contact List Requirements

Users must ensure that all contacts uploaded to WA BLAST have provided valid consent to receive messages. Users must not: Purchase or scrape phone number lists, Upload randomly generated numbers, Upload contacts obtained without permission. Using non-consented contact lists increases the risk of message blocking and may result in account suspension.

7. Message Content Guidelines

Messages sent through WA BLAST must follow responsible communication practices. Messages should: Clearly identify the business sending the message, Provide relevant information to the recipient, Avoid excessive or repetitive messaging, Provide clear opt-out or unsubscribe options where required.

8. Enforcement

WA BLAST reserves the right to take appropriate action if users violate this Acceptable Use Policy. Actions may include: Warning notifications, Temporary service restrictions, Suspension of messaging capabilities, Permanent account termination. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

9. Reporting Abuse

10. Policy Updates
