WA BLAST – A Product of Bloogle

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WA BLAST, a software platform operated by Bloogle that enables businesses to send WhatsApp campaigns, automate customer conversations, and manage messaging communications.
By accessing or using the WA BLAST platform, website, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. About the Service
WA BLAST is a software platform designed for businesses to:
- Send bulk WhatsApp campaigns
- Automate customer conversations
- Manage messaging communication workflows
- Share product information and promotions
- Engage customers through WhatsApp messaging
WA BLAST integrates with the official WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
To use WA BLAST services, users must create an account and provide accurate information including: Name, Business name, Email address, Phone number, Login credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. WA BLAST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
4. WhatsApp API Requirements
WA BLAST operates through the official WhatsApp Business API infrastructure. Users must complete necessary onboarding steps including: Business verification, WhatsApp number registration, Template approval, Compliance with WhatsApp messaging policies. WA BLAST does not control approval decisions made by WhatsApp or its infrastructure providers.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use WA BLAST only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. Users must not use the platform for: Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, Fraudulent or misleading promotions, Illegal activities, Distribution of malware or harmful content, Adult or prohibited content, Harassment or abusive messaging. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.
6. Messaging Compliance
Users must comply with applicable messaging regulations and obtain consent from recipients before sending messages. Users are responsible for ensuring that their communication practices follow applicable laws and WhatsApp messaging policies. WA BLAST is not responsible for penalties or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp due to user violations.
7. Subscription Plans
WA BLAST offers subscription plans that may include: Demo plan, Campaign plan, Automation plans, Commerce plans. Subscription pricing and plan features are displayed on the WA BLAST website.
8. Payments and Billing
Users subscribing to paid plans agree to pay all applicable subscription fees. Payment terms include: Monthly or yearly billing cycles, Payment processing through secure payment gateways, Renewal according to selected subscription plan. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.
9. WhatsApp Messaging Charges
WA BLAST subscription fees cover access to the platform only. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately according to pricing defined by the WhatsApp platform infrastructure. These charges may vary depending on message type and region. Users are responsible for paying applicable messaging costs.
10. Service Availability
WA BLAST strives to provide reliable service availability. However, service interruptions may occur due to: Infrastructure maintenance, Third-party service outages, Network disruptions, System updates. WA BLAST does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Data Responsibility
Users are responsible for: Maintaining the accuracy of uploaded contact data, Ensuring consent has been obtained before messaging contacts, Managing their own campaign content. WA BLAST does not verify user-provided contact lists.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, and platform features related to WA BLAST are owned by Bloogle unless otherwise stated. Users may not: Copy or reproduce platform features, Reverse engineer the platform, Redistribute or resell the platform without permission.
13. Account Suspension
WA BLAST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users: Violate these Terms, Engage in spam messaging, Use the platform for unlawful activities, Violate messaging platform policies. Suspended accounts may lose access to platform services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA BLAST and Bloogle shall not be liable for: Loss of business or revenue, Message delivery delays, Restrictions imposed by messaging platforms, Customer disputes arising from user messaging campaigns. Users acknowledge that messaging delivery depends on third-party infrastructure.
15. Third-Party Services
WA BLAST may integrate with third-party services including: Payment processors, Cloud infrastructure providers, Messaging infrastructure providers. These services operate under their own policies and terms.
16. Changes to the Terms
WA BLAST reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Bloogle operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
